We just wanted to make a beautiful and reliable 4pc handlebar.

The weak point of the 4pc bars are the lower seams.

Therefore, we welded the ends of the tubes with plugs, which adds rigidity to the whole structure,

and reduces the load from the seams.

But it is worth noting that the geometry itself of 4pc  bars imposes restrictions on their strength and durability,
